The Seat Leon has incorporated many exterior, interior and mechanical changes with the facelift. The compact hatchback features a larger front grille, new bumpers, new full LED headlights with longer reach and tweaked taillights. Three new exterior colours are available now: Desire red, Mystery blue and Boheme purple.
New central console, new STD upholsteries in all trims and new lighting with LED in the cockpit, better quality materials, slightly elevated centre console with an integrated electric parking, newly designed 8-inch infotainment system and wireless smartphone charging are some of the key interior changes and additions brought to the 2017 Seat Leon.
The 2017 Seat Leon is available with a new 115 PS 1.6-litre TDI diesel engine among other options. The Leon ST 2.0 TDI 150 PS 4Drive can be had with the 7-speed DSG automatic transmission now. The Seat Leon CUPRA's 2.0-litre TSI engine now puts out 300 PS (+10 PS) and 380 Nm (+30 Nm) of torque, making it the most powerful model in the company's history.
The 2017 Seat Leon was set to reach dealerships this month, while the 2017 Seat Leon CUPRA will go on sale in February 2017.
