A kind of “restmod”!!

Sometimes getting out of the box is fun!

Matt paint to look like it has "skate" and suspensions to walk in the woods!

It was abandoned on a farm in the Douro and it was decided to bring this 190 D to life.

The idea was to restore at all levels, mechanical, interior, and exterior, including new rims and tires.

A “small fortune” was spent to turn this Mercedes into a passenger car in Quintas do Douro, but the fact that it was not a 4x4, it was quickly realized that it would not fulfill its function.

Summing up failed project.

Here's a record of why this 190 was like this, and with a paint job that looks like it was spray-painted but wasn't. It was even painted but it wasn't pretty in terms of quality.

It is in perfect condition, has more than 290,000km but has no rust, perfect sheet metal, new interiors and leather, new springs and suspensions (it's higher), all revised in terms of mechanics. All belts, filters, oil, battery, bonnet damper, steering damper, oil exchanger, gearbox and engine mounts, brake tubes and brake calipers, new tires and new antenna, new bonnet lining, etc…

More than €7,000 was spent outside the value of the car!
